The Project Coordinator works alongside customers, vendors, contractors, and DVL Sales to create Generator Sales business transactions. This Coordinator maintains/ monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenses and thrives in a high-paced environment with ever-changing developments. This Coordinator works & communicates with all levels of the organization. High attention to detail, accurate and timely delivery of information, while simultaneously assisting with multiple responsibilities is essential.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Coordinate generator equipment sale projects, with an emphasis on the manufacturer.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenses.
- Coordinate deliveries between manufacturers, shipping company, the rigger, and customer sites.
- Track and trace all equipment and maintain up to date information to ensure proper and timely delivery, as well as communicating critical dates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Visit project sites as needed to confirm proper delivery (no damage, all equipment arrived) for select shipments as needed.
- Communicate frequently with electrical, mechanical, and general contractors, manufacturer, and other vendors to ensure jobs are being completed and equipment is being delivered and installed on agreed upon timelines.
- Gather stored material documents: Photos, Certificates of Insurance, Bill of Sale, etc.
- Assist in obtaining, compiling, Operation & Maintenance documentation to customers.
- Maintains a general technical and application knowledge of manufacturer’s generators and ancillary parts/equipment.
- Manages and maintains DVL’s manufacturer in-house inventory.
- Manage incoming and outgoing generator and ancillary part/equipment orders to and from DVL warehouses.
- Assist sales electronically with maintaining company orders in CRM (HubSpot).
- Verify and obtain Sales Manager approval for each order configuration prior to the purchase to minimize “mis-ships” and entry errors.
- Review and approve crane/rigging and freight invoices for processing.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of individual customer accounts, goals, site conditions, and project statuses.
- Work with Sales and Service Coordinators on combined projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- High School Diploma is required, some college preferred
- Recent relevant project management experience required; commercial/industrial product experience preferred
- At least a few years of relevant customer service experience
- Experience or exposure to invoicing and billing
- Experience working in a fast-paced demanding environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, SL and HubSpot (or similar)
- Valid driver’s license to travel to local customer sites
- Able to work 24 hours per week in Centennial office, including every Tuesday.

The pay range is $60,000-$70,000 plus bonus based on relevant experience.
