The Parts Sales & Warehouse Associate safely manages the warehouse including maintaining parts inventory levels, and shipping and receiving duties for all UPS and Common Carrier LTL shipments of products, equipment, and parts. Answering calls and customer walk-ins for the Parts Sales Department. Handing shipments to customers and assuring parts are provided to customers or contractors as needed.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Handle all common carrier outgoing & receiving freight using electric pallet stacker experience to safely do warehouse duties including stocking parts and picking and packing parts.
- Print packing slip and ship and complete daily invoicing for parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, neat, and orderly appearance in the warehouse including disposing of trash into dumpsters.
- Oversee inventory parts management. Perform actual physical inventory twice a year.
- Assist Parts Sales’ customer walk-in with parts pickups.
- Answer calls for Parts and obtains part number and price and provide this information as a quote to the customer.
- Ensures parts are provided to the customer or contractor on time as requested.
- Prepare purchase orders for any part needed that is not presently in stock as requested. Enter orders via manufacturer and company computer systems.
- Receipt invoices & purchase orders into an accounting system.
- Handle Thermal and Generator Service Department parts orders.
- Replace parts under warranty as needed.
- Weekly follow-up on overdue warranty returns from customers.
- Back-up for Parts Sales Coordinators in the other DVL offices as needed.
- Monthly Inspection of office fire extinguishers, AED Machine and other Safety requirements.
- Assist Parts Manager with inventory cycle counts.
- Follow safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- High school diploma required
- Recent and relevant Parts warehouse experience
- Recent class two walk-behind stacker experience
- Inventory management experience including palletizing parts to be shipped
- Can regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds safely
- One year of daily computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent recent customer service experience
- Experience using Fed Ex Ship Manager or similar preferred
- Proven safety record with following safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling

The salary pay range is $21.60 - $24.00/hour plus bonus based on relevant warehouse experience.
